First assessments usually last around 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are typically 45 minutes, with everything paced gently around you.
No referral is needed. You can contact us directly to arrange an initial assessment.
An initial assessment is £90 and lasts around one hour. Ongoing follow-up visits are £70 for 45 minutes. We'll always confirm pricing with you before booking, and bespoke packages are available for ongoing rehabilitation.

Not usually. Many exercises use everyday items or simply your own body weight. If anything specific would help, I will advise you and bring basic equipment where possible.
